Out-of-District Options for Youth, Home-Schooled, Charter School, and Private School Students

As of July 1, 2015, BVROP is no longer direct-funded by the State of California.  BVROP is now funded by our member districts, as a service provider supporting their local control accountability plans (LCAPs).

Our agreement with our member districts for these funds provides that ROP/CTE services are reserved for students attending comprehensive high schools, continuation high schools, and alternative high schools belonging to Chaffey JUHSD, Chino Valley USD, Claremont USD, and Upland USD.

All other grade 9 – 12 students or school entities may access BVROP services by contacting the coordinator at 909-947-3400 to obtain the fee-for-service costs and registration protocol. The registration form can be found here:

We are now accepting payments serviced by Authorize.Net! If you would like to make an electronic payment you can easily do that in a few simple steps using Authorize.Net and make a payment to your Baldy View ROP account.

Making a payment online is quick and easy—saving you time and money eliminating the need to visit the campus to make your payment or secure a cashier's check or money order. The following types of payments are allowed though this link:

  • Transcript/Certificate requests

PLEASE NOTE – UNISA Payments are not accepted through this payment system.

To assure posting to your account, please email online_payments@bvrop.org the same day of payment with the name on the account, the payment amount and reason for payment.

Please note - any refunds of payments made through the online payment system will be refunded according to our normal refund policy.
